Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. The 30-day window begins from the date you receive your order, based on our stated delivery timelines.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return
To start a return, please contact us at hello@tofululu.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and the return address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Processing Timelines
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you within 3–5 business days whether the return has been approved. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom or personalised products (such as special orders), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions about your specific item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition as received — unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging — along with proof of purchase.
