Shipping & Delivery Policy
Thank you for shopping at Tofululu. All our products are custom-made to order. Please read our shipping and delivery information carefully before placing your order.
Processing Time
As all items are custom-made, please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed and prepared before dispatch (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
Please note: we do not offer rush or express orders. All orders are fulfilled in the standard production queue.
Domestic Shipping (UK)
Standard shipping: 3–5 business days after dispatch.
We only offer standard shipping. No express or next-day delivery options are available, as all items are custom-made to order.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your parcel through our carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Tofululu is based in the UK. We currently only accept orders from within the UK — no customs or import duties apply. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Damaged or Lost Orders
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at hello@tofululu.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item (if applicable). We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
